Negligent official Viktor Mikhailovich Sychev is sent into exile to the Department of Literature at a regional university. There he will have to exchange a cozy leather armchair and a spacious office for a rickety stool and a dusty auditorium. What could be better for an employee of the Ministry of Education than a complete immersion in this very education?
