A Loud Silence

Often enough we find ourselves stuck with that empty spot in our soul, the spot we long to fill with the presence of others, and some noise, even. But as we struggle to get ourselves out in the midst of crowd, we then realise that more does not always mean merrier; sometimes it only escalates the loneliness, and all the noise around us cannot beat the loud sound of silence inside our head.
